Oh, the joys and pains of love! The greatest American composers were also inspired by this theme, from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story to George Gershwin’s opera Porgy and Bess, while the streets took to Argentinian tangos and Brazilian bossa nova. Mexican conductor Alondra de la Parra and the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra pay tribute to all of this music, dancing, moving, warm and free – oh so free !
