Feverish, intense and tragic, Mozart’s 40th Symphony is one of the only symphonies he wrote on a minor scale. “A piece from which every note is pure gold, each part a treasure”, wrote Robert Schumann, in awe of this score which prefigures Romanticism. Once again, we are happy to welcome the Concentus Musicus Wien, legendary orchestra founded by Nikolaus Harnoncourt, at the Seine Musicale. They will also perform Mozart’s Second violin concerto alongside Erich Hobarth.

Ce programme s’inscrit dans le cadre de la 7 ^e édition du Festival Mozart Maximum à La Seine Musicale. Chaque saison, notre Festival Mozart Maximum est le rendez-vous à ne pas manquer pour écouter les œuvres de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart interprétées sur instruments d’époques par des artistes de toutes nationalités. Du 22 au 27 juin 2023 à La Seine Musicale !
